"During my professional life as a photographer I have never had the mind to keep records or cuttings or dates of my work, I could not see the relevance of that. To me those days of taking pictures and swimming in the cool clear waters of the Aegean Sea were the absolute of Life. My work has always aimed at capturing an aesthetically complete moment, a descriptive image, that needs no date or explanation but actively reaches depths that texts may not accompany.

Now I have reached the point where I feel the pleasure of my life and all I care about is to look through the photographs I have taken and take now. This is the aspiration of my life."
